Ongoing Support Opportunities |
Next Step (any age, but particularly helpful when at a plateau). This 3 part support is an opportunity to celebrate and learn from successes, establish current hurdles, and design an action plan of goals that will help you attain your next level of success. Four domains of adult living are the focus: education/training, employment, social, and independent living. This first appointment is 1.5 hours and is a casual conversation gathering info in those four domains, including goals (long and short term) for each. The second part has Autism ASK develop a resource and referral report listing a minimum of 8 options, unique to each person, of supports to help reach your goals. Part three has us gather again for a 1 hour meeting where you use the resource and referral report to create your action plan. All 3 parts, including report, are covered in the $375 cost (half paid in first appointment and balance due at action plan). Contact Beth Kimmel at 248-760-4267 or [email protected] .
Autism ASK offers employment related supports (career readiness, job search, shadows, action plans). Contact Beth Kimmel at 248-760-4267 or [email protected] . |
